Mechatronics Training Center

The Mechatronics Training Center will be an educational and training center in partnership with Emirates Skills. The originating idea for a vocational education and training center comes from the learning, experience and knowledge derived during participation in the 2013 World Skills Competition in Germany. The competition took place with 32 countries competing against one another. While the UAE’s team didn’t reach the top three finalists, it gained tremendous, extensive and deep experience and knowledge about the challenges of competing at an international level. Training at the Mechatronics Training Center will focus on educating learners to become professionals and experts by acquiring proficiency in the use and management of Mechatronics equipment and machinery.

Mission: Our goal is to train mechatronics learners to successfully participate in UAE Skills and World Skills Competitions through programs that place an emphasis on courses, workshops and activities.

Vision: To be the leading mechatronics educational and training center where learners can utilize and benefit from all types of modern technology, can compete on the international stage, and provide mechatronics skills for the development and enhancement of society.
