About me

Mishal AlMarzouqi is a Technical Project Associate at Taweelah Asia Power Company. Previously he worked as an Associate of Asset Management at Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “TAQA”. AlMarzouqi holds a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Higher Colleges of Technology. He is also a graduate scholar of the Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Scholars Program at New York University, a unique international leadership program. He is currently studying Master of Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University. 

 

Mishal is a Board Member of the Alumni Board Committee at Dubai Men’s College and an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers since 2012. He is also an active member of the Society of Engineers in UAE since 2013 and contributes actively to the development of The Institution of Engineering and Technology in the UK. Mishal was Vice President of Dubai Men`s College Student Council for two years as well as HCT Student Council, representing 17 colleges throughout the country.

 

AlMarzouqi got the first place in Emirates Award for the Arabian Gulf Youth for his social project “Dreams Factory” and a third place in Drones for Good Award for his invention “Drones in HealthCare Sector. He was also awarded with Mubadala Youth Award for his contribution to the community, Abu Dhabi Industry Award from Higher Colleges of Technology, Directors Award from Dubai Men`s College and many other awards from different entities.

AlMarzouqi has participated as a volunteer in more than 40 conferences and events inside and outside the country. He has 300 recorded hours volunteering with TAKATOF and with many other entities.
